For all of you who don't know, Jillian Michaels is one of the personal trainers on NBC's Biggest Loser. I have been doing  her workouts on Comcast On Demand and they have really been working!

Her strength training workouts are done within 45 minutes without spending hours at the gym. She incorporates weights, aerobics, and abs in all of her workouts. She has you do 2 circuits of each excercise and you're always moving. She will work you...she even says that you should "feel like you're dying".

Pop Star Rihanna seems to be moving on from Chris Brown. She is reportedly dating NBA LA Laker's  Center Andrew Bynum. This 21 year old is from  Plainsboro NJ, he went to St. Joseph's HS and skipped college and began his basketball career in LA. He was the youngest player to ever play in an NBA game. During the summers, Bynum is still trying to get his degree and attends  Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Andrew Bynum has been in the league for 3 seasons, and the Lakers are currently winning the first round of the series against the Utah Jazz 2-0.

Gossip magazines, and bloggers were saying that Justin Timberlake and girlfriend actress Jessica Biel broke up over the weekend, but the couple squashed those rumors showing up at the Lakers game Tuesday night.
The couple looked like they had a great time together cheering on the Lakers who were playing the Utah Jazz in the second game of the first round of the NBA playoffs. The Lakers ended up winning 119-109, and Justin and Jessica let the world know they are still together.
I like them together. She seems so laid back, and so does he. I love him, and since I can't be with him, I want him to be happy and it looks like Jessica Biel makes him happy.

So if you haven't heard of Miss California Carrie Prejean where have you been all week? Runner up from this years Miss America contest has been all over the news for a question asked by Judge of the contest and gossip blogger Perezhilton about her thoughts on gay marriage.
She gave an honest answer and her opinion saying she thinks marriage should be between a women and a man. Now Perez and Miss California are all over every news program discussing this. It is annoying and I am sick of hearing about it. I believe that gays should have the same rights as everyone else when it comes to marriage, but I also feel everyone is entitled to their opinion. She could of given a PC answer, but that wouldn't of been her. And look now she is getting more publicity then if she would of one. No one is even talking about the winner. FYI was Miss North Carolina.

But anyway on Access Hollywood's Billy Bush's radio show, Billy asked Miss Cali about her reportedly dating Olympics gold medalist Michael Phelps. She didn't deny it simply said" He is a great man. Wouldn't you like to know Billy? We can talk about that a different day."
Carrie Prejean's grandmother was more open about the subject and said "Carrie and Michael have been out to baseball games and lunch. He always calls her when he is in town and they go out.”

Which means they are def hooking up when he is in Cali, but not that serious.  She is really pretty and he has a hot body I can see the attraction.

Arizona Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin has made it quite clear this off season he wants off of the Cardinal's roster. Cardinal's general manger Rod Graves said on Tuesday that teams have contact them about the Cardinals about Anquan, but no offers have been made.

Now Boldin is saying " I didn't say a trade was necessary, "I just want something to get resolved. It's something that's gone on long enough."
The Cardinals would like to work out a deal with their top WR. NOOOO I really want him to be in Green next season. We will see what happens someone could still make an offer before draft day on Saturday.

Also speaking of Draft I heard Detroit will most likely make a deal for their number one pick. They must be working out something big!

Former Giant Lawrence Taylor was voted off Dancing with the Stars tonight. Him and his partner Edyta Silwinska seemed to have good feedback after their waltz on Monday night. However they only scored 21 out of 30 points. The original LT I think did a good job. Surprised he lasted that long.

After getting the boot, the 50 year old former NFL star was in great spirits about leaving. He told his friends he will see them in Miami on the greens!!
Looks like he will be back to golfing instead of dancing.

Fox Sports reports that former Chicago Bear's defensive of line William "The Refrigerator" Perry is in the hospital. The former Super Bowl Champ is in a South Carolina hospital in serious condition.
The 46 year old was taking to the hospital earlier last week for a condition he has called  Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a chronic inflammation disorder of the peripheral nerves.
 Everyone knows this plus sized line from the Chicago Bears win during Super Bowl XX,
but do you know that he played for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1993-1994. He then retired.

With the 2009 NFL draft approaching this weekend, I wanted to take a look at who will most likely go number 1 in the draft. QB from the Georgia Bulldogs Matt Stafford.
 First thing is first. He is what we like to call at GGF  "Under the Helmet Hot." This means that he looks attractive with his helmet on out on the field getting things done for his team, but take the helmet off ehhh hes not that cute. Another example of "Under the Helmet Hot" for me would be QB for the Cardinals Kurt Warner. Tom Brady, Drew Bree's, Tony Romo those QBS are "With or Without the Helmet Hot."

So back to Matt Stafford he is going to be a great first pick. His career stats in his 3 years at Georgia have him with 51 Touchdowns and over 7,000 rushing yards. He only started for 3 seasons!!! His 2008 season he had 25 TDS. Now, this does not mean for one second he will come in to the NFL with those numbers, but he is def a QB to make a difference on a team especially for 1st pick Detroit. He will also be good to think about during your fantasy draft for a back up QB if whatever team selects him does decide to start him.

Matt was born in Tampa Florida and grew up in Dallas Texas. I bet he does not want to go to cold Detroit. We will see what happens on Draft Day this Saturday.

Jacksonville Jaguars finally got a number 1 receiver in  the veteran Tory Holt. The Jaguars signed Holt last night for. Tory will receive 13 million dollars over 3 years.

Tory Holt has had a decent career. Attending the Pro Bowl seven times, and ranks 11 on the NFL career list with 869 receptions. Last year Tory played for the St. Louis Rams where he caught 64 passes for 769 yards and had 3 touchdown passes.

Not bad to have him as one of your fantasy receivers!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I learned 2 things over the weekend. First,  I have the best sister in laws including my sister in laws sister in law. I wish we lived closer, but I am glad that we get to see each other a lot. The second thing I learned is I need to find a new drink. I need to say goodbye to RedBull it makes me crazy and I feel horrible for days after ha. Any drink suggestions?

Anyway, still no home yet for Cardinal's WR Anquan Boldin. I heard people talking that he might be going to  the Raven's. But who knows. I am hanging on for him to go to philly soon. Also, Braylon Edwards is still in Cleveland. There were rumors last week that the Giants got him, but that wasn't the case so far. There are 2 big WR that would make a difference for a lot of teams. We had Edwards as a Dud last season only have a few TDS passes, but the year before he had 16. With the right QB he will be good again. This is all important for fantasy draft too.
