Jillian Michaels is Kicking My Ass!

For all of you who don't know, Jillian Michaels is one of the personal trainers on NBC's Biggest Loser. I have been doing her workouts on Comcast On Demand and they have really been working!
Her strength training workouts are done within 45 minutes without spending hours at the gym. She incorporates weights, aerobics, and abs in all of her workouts. She has you do 2 circuits of each excercise and you're always moving. She will work you...she even says that you should "feel like you're dying".
