Happy Birthday Beth!

Me, Beth, and her sister-in-laws went out Saturday night in her hometown of Bel Air. You know it's going to be a crazy night when we go out for Beth's birthday. We were excited that we got a booth when we got to Looney's. Someone, I can't remember who, came up with the idea that we should play cards, We played high/low which started attracting people to our table. Meet Nevin, our Rhinestone Cowboy! He is 65 and told us jokes we couldn't hear over the band and his smokers voice.

4 shots and about 3 Vodka Redbulls later, Beth is on stage with the band. I'm not surprised though because this happened last year as well.

There are many things I love about Beth but most of all is her passion for football and the city of Philadelphia. I guy came up to ask if he could play cards and he was drinking Yuengling. All of a sudden Beth is asking him if he was from Philly. I automatically start laughing at her because I know exactly why she's asking. I tell her that just because he is drinking a Yuengling DOES NOT mean he is from Philly haha. I swear she would even ask someone buying Philadelphia Cream Cheese if he or she were from Philly.

That isn't even the end of the story...the guy proceeds to tell us he's from Arizona. We both ask him who his favorite football team is and he says the Arizona Cardinals. I ask him if it's because he's jumping on their bandwagon and he tells us no and shows us his Arizona license. Beth challenges him by asking him to name 2 players from the team. He couldn't even name ONE! OMG we made fun of him for the next 10 minutes. How do you not know who Kurt Warner or Larry Fitzgerald is?? Especially if you are a guy!

I think I can speak for Beth by saying that we will never understand how a guy can have no interest in football. NEVER! He is not a man in my books.

Thanks again for the fun night Beth!

xoxoxo
