Giants Will Now Have To Pay Plaxico

Some good News for WR Plaxico Burress. According to reports, a judge has ruled in Burress favor and is ordering the NY Giants to pay him his 1 million signing bonus they still haven't paid him.

After Burress shot himself in the leg, the Giants refused to pay him the last million of his 4.5 million dollar signing bonus. The Giants released Plaxico from the team Friday night. This was probably a way to end things on peaceful terms.

Now that things are all said and done between the Giants and Plaxico Burress. The question now is who will pick up Plaxico? Would you want him on your team?

I think first the question is whether or not the NFL suspends him. I think regardless of what he pleads to and/or whether he's convicted, he'll be punished by the League. Dallas has a penchant for wanting to turn around bad boys - I just really hope he stays out of the NFC East.

Far more interesting, I think , is where Marvin Harrison and Amani land for next year. I think MH will sign first - with teams not wanting Amani if they can have Marvin. Both have enough left in the tank to be solid veteran presences and contributors.
