WR Donte Stallworth left in handcuffs and taken into police custody this afternoon, after turning himself  in court for DUI manslaughter charges.

Police reports say that Stallworth had a blood alcohol level of .12 at the time of the accident. He was seen drinking at a Miami hotel just hours before this accident that caused the life of 59 year old Mario Reyes last month.

Stallworth is expected to be released from jail later today on 200,000 bail. What do you think of all this?
